Carrie-Anne Oxner

Carrie-Anne(Clarke) Oxner age 40 of Halifax passed away January 27, 2012 at the QEII Hospital. Born in Halifax she was the daughter of Catherine(Kay) and Gerald(Gerry)Clarke. She loved tattoos, sneakers and shopping. She worked at Fairlanes Bowling Center for 13 years where she shared her enormous heart for people as she did for her friends and family. She is survived by her husband Craig Douglas Oxner, daughter Chelsea Catherine Marie Oxner, Hfx., son Craigie Gerald Charles(Angela), Hfx, brother Justin(Kim), Hubley, Chris(Jen), Sackville, mother-in-law, Helen Oxner, grandchild, Ethan Craig Oxner, uncles Gordie(Wendy) Clarke, Hfx, Beanie(Debbie)Clarke, Hfx., Ronnie MacMillan, Hfx., aunt Janet Banks, brother-in-law, Jim(Rita)Oxner, Hfx., sisters-in-law, Bev(Ken) Wilson, Hfx, Jo-Ann Oxner, Dart. and several nieces, nephews and cousins. She was predeceased by George Clarke(grandfather), Howie MacDonald(step-grandfather), Buzzy Clarke(Beazley)(grandmother), sister-in-law, Marjorie Ann Oxner, father-in-law, Charles Oxner and George(Boo)Clarke. Visitation will be held Tues. Jan. 31, 2-4 and 7-9pm in JA Snow Funeral 339 Lacewood Dr. Hfx(455-0531), where a funeral service will be held Wed. Feb. 1, 2pm., Cremation to follow.
