Born September 22, 1936, He was the son of William and Mary Mills.
He was a very accomplished individual who wasn’t afraid of work. He had a career as an optician at Mills Optical, a coast to coast furniture conveyor, a career at Purolator courier, and a team driver with T.J. Express. He was the first to offer a hand if help was needed.
He lost of the love of his life (Betty) at an early age but he continued on with his energies being directed to his wonderful children; Debra and Darcy. Clarence was pre-deceased by parents William and Mary (Christian); Wife Betty (Blois); Sisters Alice (Power) and Sandra (Cooper_; and brother William.
Interment with Private attendance at a later date at Sand Hill Cemetery, Upper Nine Mile River.
