David Leonard Engram

Born and raised in Halifax, David last worked as a Safety Trainer for Cat Rental. He enjoyed teaching motorcycle safety as well and eventually was able to devote full-time to riding and the open road especially with the “Iron-Horse” riders on Sundays. He enjoyed playing hockey with the Old-Timers Prospect Road Hockey League, going out to fish, hunting, 4-wheeling or just spending time outdoors with his dog, Rusty. Weekends would find him at the camp for some R&R or together with friends and family.

He is survived by his wife Kelly (Fraser); brothers Frank (Cheryle) and John (Judy) of Edmonton; nieces and nephews Julie, Shane, Michael and Steven.

Visitation will be held at J. A. Snow’s Funeral Home, 339 Lacewood Drive, Halifax, NS from 12 – 2 pm on Saturday, May 18 with memorial service to follow at 2 pm. Burial to be at a later date. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Alzheimer’s Society.
