Jacqueline “Jackie” Constance Wade, 76, formerly of Dalhousie, NB, passed away at the QEII - New Infirmary. She was the daughter of the late Lloyd and Iva (MacDonald) Hicks. Survived by daughters, Shelley and Stephanie Firlotte; brothers, Stephen and George Hicks; sisters, Eunice Hicks, Glenda (George) Comeau; sister-in-law Betty Hicks and several nieces and nephews. Predeceased by daughter, Wilda Firlotte; brother, Charlie Hicks; sister, Wilda Sutton. Memorial service to be held in J. A. Snow Funeral Home, 339 Lacewood, Halifax (455-0531) at 10 am on Friday, November 1, followed by a reception. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society- NS Division or the Lung Association of Nova Scotia.
