It is with heavy broken hearts that we announce the peaceful passing of a beloved husband and loving dad, Ken at the age of 66 on, June 14, 2020. He was able to be at home where he wanted to be and was well-loved and cared for by his immediate family.
He will be sadly missed beyond words by his wife and soulmate, Beverly, of 45 years. His greatest accomplishments in life are his children, Shawn and Amy. He was proud to call Melanie his "daughter" and Arthur his "son". His pride and joy were his grandsons, Nathan and AJ. Ken was genuine, honest, and had every good quality a man could have.
He enjoyed hunting, fishing, boating, traveling with his wife, and spending a lot of time with his family. Ken was the captain of his own boat and loved the sea - the hardest working man we've ever known. He had one amazing sense of humour and an infectious laugh that brightened up any room he was in. He was always so willing and eager to talk, teach and share his enormous wealth of knowledge.
He was a son of the late Edward Jollimore and survived by his mother Pauline Jollimore (Ryan). He was also survived by his wife, Beverly (Slaunwhite); son, Shawn (Melanie); daughter, Amy (Arthur); grandsons, Nathan and AJ; brother, Curt (Tanya); sister, Debby; brother, Darrell (Marlene); and many nieces and nephews.
You may be gone, but you will never be forgotten - you are in our hearts forever. Many thanks to our family and friends for the outpouring support we have received during this time. We would also like to thank Nurse Practitioner, Sarah Decoutere and Palliative Care Nurse, Cindy Bell.
Cremation has taken place under the care of J.A Snow Funeral Home. Online condolences may be made at: www.jasnowfuneralhome.com
