Linda Gail Mailman Rogers

Born in Hebbville, Lunenburg County, she was a daughter of the late Murray and Winnifred (Corkum) Mailman.

She graduated from the Secretarial Course at Bridgewater Commercial School in 1961 and was employed with City of Halifax and later with Industrial Estates. Linda loved her family and was especially pleased when finally blessed with a grandchild.

She is survived by her husband, Lorne; sons, Rodney (Monica) and Kirby (Sherri); granddaughter, Avery; sister, Dianne; brother, David (Pauline); nieces, Jodi, Jill (Andrew) Mutch; nephew, Jamie. Visitation will be held, Tuesday, September 21st from 6-8 in J.A. Snow Funeral Home, 339 Lacewood Drive. Funeral Service will be Wednesday, September 22nd at 2PM in Birch Cove Baptist Church, 50 Donaldson Ave., Halifax with Rev. John Wilton officiating. Burial will be Thursday, September 23rd in Brookside Cemetery, Bridgewater. Family flowers only.
