

Born in Dartmouth, NS, on August 6, 1932. He was the son of Ernest and Mary Glenister.
He graduated from St. FX with is BA in 1952, and received his MBA from UWO in 1955. He was a long time, active, member of St. Michael's Parish in Spryfield. Paul worked for several years for the Public Service Commission and 35 years at DND as a Staffing Officer and BCPO for CFB Halifax. He volunteered with the CNIB and St. Vincent de Paul Society (Spryfield).
Paul is survived by his daughter, Joan Glenister (Walter). Brother, Peter (Gloria). Grandchildren, Brandon (Karen) and Marisa (Scott). 5 Great-grandchildren, several nieces and nephews, stepchildren, Patrick, Marlene, Barry and Bradford. Predeceased by brother John, sons, John and Joseph, first wife, Mary, father, Ernest, mother, Mary, second wife, Elizabeth.
Visitation will be held Thursday, May 12th from 2-4 pm and 7-9 pm at J.A. Snow Funeral Home, 339 Lacewood Drive, Halifax. Funeral service will be held Friday, May 13th at 11am at Saint Michael's Church, Spryfield. Father Charles Burke officiating. Burial in Gate of Heaven Cemetery, Lower Sackville.
