my heart is broken right now. I have been searching for Paul for over a month and have even contacted Farmers as I been having dreams of him every single night for the past 5-6 weeks he just keeps telling me to call him. We use to date off and on several years ago and last year we met up and went dancing at Parkside Pub he tried to convince me not to go back to my ex. I didn’t listen and he was angry with me as he should have been. But this saddens me so much to know he was going through health issues and I wasn’t there for him. I am broken and I hope after all this time his family have adjusted and remember Paul for all his funny and weird crap he would do. He would do anything for a smile and laugh. Even if it made him look stupid out in public but he didn’t care. I will always remember you with the best of memories.

Paul was a good buddy to me and friend and neighbour to our family for many years. We had a lot of laughs together going out for wings in the evening or he would come across the road and hang out with us on the deck and chat with Stacy and I while the kids were swimming. Paul loved the summer and the heat. Our youngest boy could ask Paul 100 times what type of jump into the pool he should do. Anyone else would lose their patience and give up but Paul would always just laugh and give him yet another jump to do. He was a kind man and a gentle soul.

Paul was a wonderful friend and my heart breaks for his family.
We loved to go out for tea and talk about music, family, memories of parties and Halloweens. He loved to torment me with his creepy costume every year.
Rest easy my friend. You will be dearly missed.

I am so very sorry to hear this very sad news.  Paul and I met way back in high school and remained friends over the years.  We often enjoyed an afternoon coffee and chat, singing bad duets to classic country tunes on Saturday evening drives, and trying out so many flavours of cheesecake, his favourite.  
My most heartfelt condolences Paul’s family and friends  whom he loved so dearly, and to his son Kyle and grandson Jackson, both boys filled his whole heart.  May your cherished memories give you comfort during this very difficult time.  Rest in Peace, my friend.
