Ram Mago, 85, passed away Wednesday, October 4, 2017 surrounded by his loving family. Born November 8, 1931 in Chiniot, Punjab. He was a pillar of the community in Halifax, Nova Scotia working in the school system as the Head of Guidance. Serving on many boards including the Hindu Temple, INCA, Kiwanis. Survived by his loving wife of 61 years Nirmal; daughters Anjali Arora (Vijay), Seema Budovitch (Brian); and his son Addesh; grandchildren Sarika (Jimmi), Kavi, Arun (Ashley), Meera (Ryan), Myiah, and Ajay; great grandchildren Arav and Leo.
Memorial services will be held 1pm Saturday October 7 at JA Snow Funeral Home 339 Lacewood Drive.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Hope Cottage.
