Passed away May 3, 2015, after a brief illness. Born in Ecum Secum, NS, son of the late Clarence Pace and Nelly (Pye). Sherman was a member of the Halifax Longshoremans Association for 45 years, retiring in 2000. Sherman was a compassionate man who would always help someone in need. He enjoyed hunting (night or day), playing cards, and getting together with friends and family.
Sadly missed by his son, John (Elise) Pace; grandchildren, David and Rayne. Predeceased by loving wife, Joan (Gormley) and brothers, Wilbert, Leo, Darrel, and Burnham.
Cremation has taken place under the direction of J.A. Snow Funeral Home. 339 Lacewood Drive, Halifax. No Visitation by request. Service and burial to take place at a later date on PEI.
