Stanley Peter Inkpen

Born in Halifax in June of 1933, he was the son of the late Angus and Rhoda Inkpen.

Peter worked for Standard Brands and General Foods for many years. He spent his career in the food industry. He has resided for 8 years at Cameron Hall, Parkland Estates, where he enjoyed the fellowship of many friends. He was liked by all. Peter enjoyed the good life, fine wines, gourmet foods, etc. Peter and Gloria enjoyed lots of lovely trips over the years. He always looked forward to talking and spending his Sunday’s with brother-in-law Chris.

Peter is survived by step-daughter, Michelle Poole, Toronto; brother, Ross, (Heather Kerr), Sydney; brother-in-law, Chris Kennedy, Timberlea; step granddaughter, Natasha Poole, Toronto, nephews, Paul, Roger, Bruce, Toronto and niece, Christine, Timberlea.

He was predeceased by wife, Gloria (Kennedy) Inkpen.

There will be no visitation. Service will be held at J. A. Snow Funeral Home, 339 Lacewood Drive, Halifax, on Wednesday, October 28th at 11:00 am.
