Clark was born on September 18, 1969 to Pat and Willard Partin. He graduated from Priddy High School in 1988. He served his country in the Marine Corp. He loved his son and nephews and enjoyed spending time with them. He was an avid Pittsburgh Steelers fan and loved spoiling his little dog, Baby Girl. Throughout his life, he enjoyed the great outdoors and spent time fishing, hunting and gardening. He was kind and loyal to his loved ones, with a redneck sense of humor that kept everyone laughing.
Clark is survived by his son, Clark Allen Partin, and his brothers Dan, Cliff and Mike Partin and their families. He is preceded in death by his parents Patsy Ann Partin (nee McGettis) and Willard Ray Partin and his twin brother Mark Partin.
A funeral is scheduled for Tuesday March 1 at 11am at Riley Funeral Home in Hamilton, TX. Visitation will be the day before, Monday February 28 from 6-8pm. Pastor Johnny Priddy will officiate the ceremony. All are welcome to attend and celebrate Clark’s life. Reception to follow at Priddy Baptist Church.
