Jeffrey Lynn Thompson

Jeffery was born April 4, 1964, the son of Jeffrey Owen and Judy Thompson of Burleson, Texas and the husband of Barbi (Jacks) Thompson of Hamilton.

Jeffrey loved his family, loved his beautiful wife and his three children. He was a wonderful father-in-law and a wonderful “poppie” to his grandchildren. He loved his parents, two sisters and was a great uncle to his nieces and nephews. He was a Godly man, who loved his church and church family. He loved music and played the guitar and drums. Music was in his blood. He always woke with a smile and would make you laugh until you cried. He left his mark upon a lot of people by his generosity and kindness. He will forever be in the hearts of those that he loved and those who love and will always love him.

Jeffrey is survived his parents Jeffrey Owen and Judy Thompson, his wife Barbi; daughter, Jessica Carter and her husband Bobby; sons, James Thompson and Justin Thompson; sisters, Janet Pritchard and husband Jack, Jennifer Judd and husband Ken. He is also survived by his grandchildren Addyson and Jackson Carter and many friends.

A memorial service will be held on Wednesday, February 11, 2015 at

2 P.M., at the Riley Funeral Home Chapel, 402 West Main, Hamilton.
