He moved to Abilene in 1960s and worked in various auto body shops to learn the paint and body trade. Jimmy became a top notch paint and body man. He loved to build show cars and trucks, help his friends and neighbors. He was an “Old Hot Rodder, Country Red”. He moved to Hamilton, TX. where he met and married his wife Sue Blackwell of 40+ years. There he fulfilled his life ambition of owning his own business “Jim’s Body Shop.” He closed his business this year as he could no longer do the work.
His greatest accomplishment were being a father to his son Jackson and a mentor to
Cindy,(amazing care giver),Braedon and other friends and family.
He is survived by Sister Elaine Fadnek, and husband Andy of TN, brother, Lonnie Prescott
Of Tom Ball TX., nieces, nephews, family and Friends.
Preceded in Death wife Sue Prescott, Niece Lisa Bradshaw. Sisters Ann Jowers, and Wilma Vallone
