Velma A. Ford, 83, of Evant, passed away Wednesday, October 2, 2013 in Hamilton, Texas. Funeral services have been set for 10:00 A.M. Friday, October 4 at Riley Funeral Home with Mike Lee officiating. Visitation will be from 6:00 to 8:00 P.M. Thursday, October 3. Burial will be in the Pilgrim's Rest Cemetery in Evant.
Velma was born October 13, 1929 in Pottsville, Texas. She was a Homemaker and was married to Lloyd Ford.
She is survived by her husband; Lloyd Ford of Evant. One son; Don Ford & wife Sharon of Dowing, Tx. One daughter; Kay Ford of Evant. One sister; Nora Tipton of Plainview.
