Anthony Raymond Schmidt

Anthony Raymond Schmidt, 66, passed away on Tuesday March 7th 2017 at his home in Victorville, California. He was born on January 30th 1951 in San Francisco California to Merle and Eleanor Schmidt. Anthony grew up in Taft, California. After high school Anthony served in the United States Army from 1969 to 1972. Afterwards he received his certification in welding where worked as a fabrication welder for many years.

Anthony began attending a Seventh Day Adventist (SDA) Church in Victorville California where he became a member. He enjoyed driving in the demolition derby, collecting cars, and spending time with his family.

Anthony is survived by his daughters Brandy and Rose, sons Anthony and Blaze, grandchildren Dustin, Alexis, Elivia, Tyler, Robert, Juliette, and Victor, and brother Kenneth and sisters Wanda and Linda.

Anthony was preceded in death by his parents Merle and Eleanor Schmidt as well as his brothers Arthur and Daniel.

A memorial service will be held at the SDA Church at 16070 Lorene Rd Victorville, California from 10:00am on April 23rd 2017. There will be a potluck lunch to follow at Hesperia Lake at 7500 Arrowhead Lake Rd, Hesperia California for those that would like join the family after the memorial.
