Francisco Rincon, affectionately known as Quico or Frank to his family and friends, passed away peacefully on May 13, 2025, in Victorville, California, at the age of 74. Born on September 22, 1950, in the Dominican Republic, Frank lived a vibrant and full life, leaving behind a legacy of love, laughter, and craftsmanship.
Frank was the devoted husband of Bella Rincon and the proud father of Frankie, Jennifer, and Stephanie. He was a beloved Papa to Tatyana, Serena, Ariana, Dominic, Kai, and Chloe, and a cherished uncle to many nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews. He is survived by his siblings Esperanza, Domingo, Manuel, and Ramon Rincon. He was preceded in death by his parents, Odulio Rincon and Dilia Santana, and his sister, Miledys Borrel.
With a strong work ethic and an engaging personality, Frank spent over 30 years in sales with Home Base and Home Depot. He was admired by colleagues and customers alike for his infectious enthusiasm and dedication to helping others. Though he dreamed of becoming a baseball player or an architect in his youth, Frank found great joy in carpentry and home improvement, passions that allowed him to build not only structures but lasting memories for those he loved.
Frank had a deep love for music, especially merengue and bachata, and he could often be found dancing with joy. He had a remarkable sense of humor and a bubbly personality that lit up every room he entered. Frank loved the color white, playing poker, and cooking delicious meals. His hands built, crafted, and nurtured — whether it was a home project or a home-cooked feast, his creations always bore the mark of his care and spirit.
To know Frank was to know joy. His laughter, his stories, and his warm presence will be profoundly missed but fondly remembered by all who had the pleasure of knowing him.
A viewing for Francisco will be held Thursday, May 29, 2025 from 9:30 AM to 12:00 PM at Kern Hesperia Mortuary, 16120 Main Street, Hesperia, CA 92345. Following the viewing and rosary will be a funeral mass from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at Our Lady of the Desert Catholic Church, 18386 Corwin Rd, Apple Valley, CA 92307, where family and friends will gather to honor the life of a man who built more than homes — he built a legacy of love.
Rest in peace, Frank. Your love, light, and laughter will live on in the hearts of all who knew you.
