Kathleen Elizabeth Corona

Kathy, as everyone knew her by, was born in Paris, Texas on October 15th, 1951 to her parents Robert Watson (d) and Bernadine Moorehead (d). Kathy is survived by her three siblings, Melody Carter, Jan Fritter, and Robert Watson Jr.

She has been part of the High Desert Community since she was in her teens and was a Victor Valley High School Graduate of the class of 1969.

Kathy is survived by her husband of 50 years, Pastor David Corona and her daughter Teresa Corona and her daughter and son-in-law Denise and Matthew Angel. She was preceded in death by her precious son, Davey Jr. She is also survived by her 7 grandchildren, Christopher and his wife Erica, Logan, Brayden, Tara, Ryan, Johnny and Olivia and two great grand children, Colt and Harper. Also, special brother and sister in laws, nieces, nephews, and other family members.

Kathy retired from the Victor Valley Unified School District after working for 23 years, from being a bus driver to working in the attendance office at Victor Valley High School. She also help pastor Family Life Church in Victorville with her husband Pastor David Corona. She loved ministering to families within the Church. She loved her church family.

She will always be remembered for her beautiful smile, piercing blue eyes, and the biggest heart that anyone has known. She was the kindest, sweetest person and the biggest giver. She was loved by all who knew her and will be deeply missed.
