Kelly was born February 23, 1961 in Montebello, California.
She worked for 38 years as a Bookkeeper at Diamond Back Express Inc.
Kelly enjoyed different hobbies which currently she enjoyed Quilting.
She is survived by her Daughters, Wendy Wise and Erin Anne Obermeyer.
Other survivors include her 5 Grandchildren and siblings Jimmy, Johnny and Judy.
A Celebration of Life Memorial Service will be held on Sunday, March 2nd 1:00 PM at Desert View Memorial Chapel, 11500 Amargosa Road, Victorville, California.
Kern Hesperia Mortuary is handling the arrangements.
