Lloyd Anthony Gilbert passed away on July 3, 2019 at 100 years and 10 months old.
Gil was born in Los Angeles, California.
He was a Mechanic before he joined the Air Force. He was a Air Craft Mechanic at Norton Air Force Base until it closed and then was transferred to McClellan Air Force Base in Sacramento, California until he retired.
He built the family home, built boats, water skis, rebuilt vintage cars,
upholstered furniture, made silver and turquoise jewelry , stained glass and wood working. He was a Jack of All Trades and Master of Ton's. Gil loved his Animals (Dog and Cat). His Great thrill was Deep Sea Fishing.
He was Veteran. He loved to read his Bible Daily Devotional.
He was preceded in death by 3 wives, Mary Jane Gilbert, Arlena Gilbert and Helen Louise Gilbert. Gil is the Beloved Father of Son, LLoyd Paul Gilbert, Crescent City, CA, Daughter, Dianna Wiseman, Cottonwood, AZ. Patricia Ann Kelly,Crestline, CA and Step daughter, Nowka Gwinn. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren, 27 great grandchildren, 9 great great grandchildren.
Gil was preceded in death by his Stepsons, Marvin Kerwood and Mike Hatfield.
