Patricia Ann Cameron

Born July 12, 1926, in Waterman, Illinois, she was the daughter of the late Anson Montgomery of Los Angeles, California and the late Helen Olds of Westminster, California. She was pre-deceased by her husband Ralph Michael Cameron of Victorville, California. She was also pre-deceased by her brother Raymond Montgomery of Apple Valley, California.

Patricia (Pat) spent most of her adult life being a dedicated homemaker; wife and mother to five children. She loved music, singing, dancing and old movie musicals. She enjoyed a lifelong commitment to her faith and to her church and sang in the choir for many, many years. As her children grew up she and her late husband started a successful commercial janitorial service called, "Cameron's Cleaning Service" in Thousand Oaks, California. Later, when they retired, they moved to Apple Valley and then to Victorville, California. This was their home base as they continued to travel the United States in their motor home, making many friends all across the country.

Patricia is survived by her daughter, Diane Ozel McFadden (Kenneth) of Temecula, California, her son, Robert William Mitchell (Carolyn) of Orange County, California, her daughter, Cheryl Annette Flynn (Alfred) of Temecula, California, her daughter, Nancy Margaret Joelson of Ventura, California and her daughter, Janet Lynn Polte of Bakersfield, California.

She is also survived by 11 grandchildren, 15 great-grandchildren; her sister, Barbara Jean Murphy of Las Vegas, Nevada along with many nieces, nephews, grand nieces and nephews.

Funeral will be held Thursday, October 15, 2015 at Good Shepherd Lutheran Church, 26800 Newport Road, Menifee, California 92584. Viewing will begin at 10 a.m., service at 11 a.m., with reception to follow. Interment will take place privately at Riverside National Cemetery, 22495 Van Buren Boulevard, Riverside, California 92518, with grave site visits allowed after 4 p.m.
