Jerry is survived by his loving and beloved wife of 72 years, Rhoda Miller; his daughters, Patti Polyn and Nancy Ascher; his son-in-law Robert Ascher; his five grandchildren: Emily (Justin) Rann; Sean (Joanna) Polyn; Eric (Janell) Polyn; Elizabeth (Ryan) Ascher; and Brian (Erika) Ascher; and his seven great-grandchildren Sophia and Daphne Polyn, Lincoln Rann, Henry and Lily Ascher, Arlo and Bonnie Polyn. Jerome is pre-deceased by his brother Daniel (Danny) Miller and his son-in-law Greg Polyn.
A funeral service will be held at 11:30AM on Friday, November 20, 2015 at Boulevard-Riverside-Hewlett Chapel, 1450 Broadway, Hewlett, New York. Interment will follow at New Montefiore Cemetery in Pinelawn, New York.
