Charlotte is survived by her husband Bill Shelton. Her mother Alice Rios, Brother John Rios. Charlotte was a beautiful soul who cared deeply for her friends and loved ones. Charlotte loved her nieces and her nephews, and did all she could to help them thrive. She had an unconditional love for her pets. Family was of the upmost importance to her.
A public visitation for Cha Cha will be held Saturday, January 28, 2023 from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM at Kuiper Funeral Home, 9039 Kleinman Rd, Highland, Indiana 46322, followed by a funeral service at 5:00 PM.
