Jim leaves behind his mother, Lorraine Hagan; fiance, Dawn Cross; brother, Mark (Connie) Hagan; sister, Lisa (Jason) Fischer; nieces, Lauren Fischer, Molly and Pepper Hagan; nephew, Matthew Fischer and his wonder pup, Kai.
He is welcomed into eternity by his father, Joseph Hagan and his grandparents.
Jim was a real hard worker. His career with the Tootsie Roll Company in Chicago did not go unnoticed. Trips to places like the Wisconsin Dells and Shipshewana is how he spent his free time. Making memories watching hockey, minor league baseball, and cheering on the Chicago White Sox was how Jim liked to kick back. Jim enjoyed watching classic tv shows such as Mary Tyler Moore, Golden Girls, and The Love Boat. Jim was a loving dog dad. His wonderful dog, Kai brought him an immense amount of joy. His smile, kind heart, and free spirit will never be forgotten.
A memorial visitation for Jim will be held Saturday, September 2, 2023 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at Kuiper Funeral Home, 9039 Kleinman Rd, Highland, Indiana 46322. Following the memorial visitation will be a memorial service beginning at 2:00 PM with Rev. Leo Gajardo officiating.
