James "Jim" Alan Frey

James “Jim” Alan Frey, age 56, of Calumet Township passed away Monday, August 1, 2016. He is survived by his beloved wife of 35 years, Lea Anne; four children: James "Jimmy" Frey, Darrick (Gloria) Frey, Jessica Frey and Aaron (Kassie) Frey; eight grandchildren: Kylee, Myla, Emmi, Anthony, Maliyah, Aaron, Darrick and Alyssa; five brothers: Don (Lenora) Frey, Ron Frey, William (Cindy) Frey, Mike (Terry) Frey and Joe (Gloria) Frey; sister, Sharon (William) Tutlewski; and numerous nieces and nephews. Mr. Frey was preceded in death by his parents: Anthony and Lorraine Frey; and three brothers: Robert, Anthony and John Frey. A memorial service will be held Friday, August 5, 2016 at 8:00 p.m. at Kuiper Funeral Home, 9039 Kleinman Road (two blocks south of Ridge Road) Highland, IN with Rev. Theodore Mens officiating. Friends are invited to meet with the family Friday, August 5, 2016 from 4:00 p.m.-8:00 p.m. (time of service) at Kuiper Funeral Home. Cremation preceded the service. Jim was currently employed with Arcelor-Mittal with 38 years of service. He enjoyed camping, fishing, traveling and the great outdoors.
