To the Krooswyk Family and Andrea:

I am so sorry to hear about your loss.  God will give you comfort during your grieving process.  I remember the good old days when Jerry had a camper parked across the lake where I lived.  Kathy would come for a swim, and it was such a good time.  Andrea, God and time will heal your broken heart.  A scar will remain, but you will get better.  Be strong and cry when you have to. Jerry was a great man. I didn' know him well but everytime I talked to him he always made me laugh. Rest in peace Jerry.  You will be missed.

Jerry was a good man. I remember the first time I met Jerry, the Krooswyk family and the Highland group of friends when I was a waitress working the breakfast shift at BlueTop. Jerry and Co. would come in every morning for coffee before they would start their day. They all became a great group of friends of mine, as a result! 20+ years!! 
I will miss Jerry's kind, jovial nature. 
My thoughts and prayers go to the Krooswyk family and his many, many friends during this time.

The news of Jerry's passing came as a shock.  I always thought of Jerry as invincible.  I had the pleasure of working for him for 17 years.  I will remember Jerry's sense of humor and wonderful smile.  I viewed him as a hard working, gentle man who never uttered a harsh word. He will be sadly missed.  Rest in peace Big Bird.

It was with great sadness of hearing of Jerrys passing on Sunday from my sister Jan Eriks. I have great memories of childhood get togethers with our families and now we have drifted apart. I would like to express my sympathy to all of Jerry's family. On January 29 I fell on the ice in my driveway and have multiple leg fractures and probably will not be able to attend the visitation or funeral. May God's peace be with you all.

I'm sooo sorry everyone. Jerry was one of the greatest guys I ever knew. This is a large loss. My prayers go out to all of the family and friends. He will always be remembered in my prayers!!!
