Joe is the father to Jeremy (Carrie) Hogge, Timothy "T.J." (Kristina) Hogge, Jacob Hogge and the late little Billy Hogge; proud grandfather to Karlie Hogge and Jeremy Hogge, Jr.; brother to Connie (Dean) Haney and the late Judy (the late Kurt) Hoopingarner; uncle to many; and former spouse to Julia "Judy" Hogge.
Joe was a retiree from Laborers Local #41. Joe spent a lot of his time tinkering in his garage. He loved throwing parties at his house and spending time with his family and friends. He was vocal, outgoing and rarely was concerned what people's opinions were.
