Jeanette Burley (nee Bakker) age 93, of Highland, IN passed away Wednesday, July 29, 2015. Jeanette is survived by one son Charlie (Judy) Burley of Highland; two daughters Darleen (George) Heron of MN and Janet (Conway) Power of KY; thirteen grandchildren; twenty five great grandchildren; three great great grandchildren; two sisters Hilda Kikkert and Wilma (Dale) Gard both of Highland; and one sister-in-law Nancy Kikkert of FL. She was preceded in death by husband Franklin A. Burley, daughter Doris Mull sister Cora Kikkert and Brother Paul Kikkert. Funeral services will be held on Saturday, August 1, 2015 at 12:30 PM at Kuiper Funeral Home, 9039 Kleinman Road, Highland (two blocks south of Ridge Road) with Pastor Jeffrey Hannon officiating. Burial will follow at Oak Ridge Cemetery, Lansing. Friends may visit with the family on Saturday from 11:30 AM to 12:30 PM (time of service). Jeanette was a member of Hessville Baptist Church and she retired from the School Town of Highland where she was head cook.
