Linda Ann Miller

Heaven has gained another angel. She was a resident of Crown Point, IN. She was preceded in death by her loving husband of 40 years, Joseph.

She is survived by her sisters, Sue (Lee) English and Nancy (Leonard) Matela; her nephew, Len (Tiffany) Matela; niece, Kirsten (Andrew Lehoe) English; and three grandnephews, Owen, Jude, and Tate Matela.

Linda retired as a budget analyst from McCormick Place in Chicago, IL after 43 years of devoted service. She was the longest tenured service employee at the time of her retirement.

She will always be remembered as "The Best Aunt Ever," even to her non-blood related nieces and nephews! Her needlepoint Christmas stockings have brought smiles over the years. She was the biggest fan of Murder, She Wrote. We believe she could recite the scripts!

Though she is no longer at our side, we will carry her memory in the stories we share and the love we hold in our hearts. Rest Peacefully, dear Linda.

In accordance with Linda’s wishes, she will be cremated. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Monday, October 27, 2025, at 10:30 a.m. at St. Michael Church, 1 Wilhelm Street, Schererville, IN 46375.
