Linda Ann Urbanczyk

Linda Ann Urbanczyk age 65 of Hammond, IN passed away November 4, 2015; she is survived by daughter Mary Ann Urbanczyk of Hammond, IN two sons Jason Urbanczyk of Hammond, IN, Jeffrey (Michael Hall) Urbanczyk of Valparaiso, IN; two sisters Kathleen and Margie Urbanczyk, one brother Michael (Carmen) Urbanczyk all of Hammond, IN, two aunts Bessie Urbanczyk of Calumet, City, IL Martha Zajac of Hegewisch, IL, nephews Michael JR. & Matthew Urbanczyk; preceded in death by her parents Leonard & Mary Ann ( nee Duszynski) Urbanczyk. Memorial visitation will be held Saturday November 14, 2015, from 1:00 to 3:00pm at Kuiper Funeral Home (9039 Kleinman Rd) Highland, IN. Linda’s children always came first, she always looked forward to holding holiday dinners and summer barbecue, she enjoyed reading & crocheting, was a former greeter at the Hammond Walmart. A special thank you to her caregiver Mary Ann Fraid, and friends Pat Berkholder & Linda Johnson, also a thank you to Dr. W. Atassi and the ICU nursing staff at St. Margaret North Hospital. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the American Diabetes Foundation or NWI Humane Society.
