Virginia Marie Mogle

Virginia is the loving wife to the late William Mogle; beloved mother to John (Kris) Mogle, Susan (Bernice) Burdick, the late Barbara Pikos; mother-in-law to Matt Pikos; proud grandmother to Jessica (Antonio) Frer-Damiana; devoted daughter to the late Lloyd and Charlotte Golackson; aunt to several nieces and nephews.

Virginia retired as an acquisition specialist at the Hammond Public Library after 25 years of service. Faithful member of the Christ Lutheran Church of Hammond since 1962. She and her husband William were active in Scouting for many years. Virginia enjoyed traveling throughout the United States, especially with her sister Lucile and brother-in-law Sherman.

Memorial services will be held on Saturday, July 19th, 2025 at 1:00 PM at Christ Lutheran Church 7051 Indianapolis Blvd, Hammond, IN 46324.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Christ Lutheran Church in Hammond.
