William Kooi

He was born on January 7, 1938, and lived a full life, marked by love, dedication, and hard work.

William was a devoted husband to Lorraine for 64 years, and together they raised a family. He is survived by his loving wife, Lorraine; sons, Keith, David, and Kenny; and daughter, Allison. William was also a proud grandfather to Ryan Kooi, Heather Weilogorski, Samantha Kooi, and Nathan Kooi. He was preceded in death by his beloved grandson, Kyle Kooi.

William dedicated over 40 years of his life to working at Pepsi, a job that brought him pride and satisfaction. In his free time, he enjoyed fishing, gardening, and spending time outdoors, activities that brought him great joy and allowed him to connect with nature.

A visitation to honor William will be held on Saturday, January 18, 2025, beginning 12:00 PM until the time of service 2:00 PM at Kuiper Funeral Home, 9039 Kleinman Rd. Highland,IN 46322

William's legacy of love and work will be remembered by all who knew him. He will be greatly missed but never forgotten.
