

Anna was born on April 15, 1936 in Pikeville, Tennessee. She was preceded in death by her loving husband Paul C. Walker, parents Hobert and Mabel Yeargan (Sr.), as well as her sister Dima Y. Griffey and brothers Clarence and Grady Yeargan.
She is survived by her son, Ronnie Walker (Sharon), daughter, Diana Walker (Darrell) Hill, and niece, Angie Griffey Turner, grandchildren and great-grandchildren, Jeremy (Robin), Lily and Cooper Grant, Clint (Krissy) and Barrett Walker, Anna (Robby), Brice and Brody Portwood and Erika and Douglass Turner, (Jr.), as well as multiple nieces and nephews.
A loving wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. She was known for being a “second mother” to all of her nieces and nephews. She enjoyed most the time spent with her husband and family and was a faithful member of Central Church of Christ.
A graveside service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, July 13, 2023 at the Chattanooga National Cemetery officiated by David Schonhoff with pallbearers Clint Walker, Douglass Turner, Jr., Brice and Brody Portwood and Gray Hixon. Our family would like to extend thanks to her special friend, Sandra Campbell as well as her caregivers, Sharon Love, Gayla Manis, Nathan Williams, and Faye Joseph.
