Annie was born in Chattanooga and a graduate of Lafayette High School. She was a student at Chattanooga State. She was a member of Grace Baptist Church on Suck Creek Mountain.
Survivors are her husband, Eric Blevins; sons, Noah Leif and Samuel Joseph Blevins all of Chattanooga; mother and step-father, Theresa and Storey McKnight of Lafayette, GA; father, Robin Burkett of Chattanooga; mother-in-law and father-in-law, Pat and Ernest Blevins of Chattanooga; brothers, Joseph Burkett and Tyler Brady, sisters, Brandi (Sean) Fowler and Lyndsey Ezell all of Chattanooga; grandparents, J.C. and Catherine Roberts of Chattanooga; grandmother, Frances Cowell of Chattanooga; numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
Services will be held 10:00 a.m.Thursday, June 9, at the North Chapel of Chattanooga Funeral Home with the Rev. Ted Phillips and the Rev. David Autry officiating. Burial will be at Hamilton Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends from 12 p.m. until 8 p.m. on Wednesday at the funeral home.
