She was preceded in death by her husband, Harry William Dolfi and a sister, Jodie Jones.
Survivors include her daughter, Liz Haas of Chattanooga; a ‘second" daughter and beloved friend, Wanda Hughes of Ooltewah; Adored grandchildren, Samantha Elizabeth Williams of Myersburg, MD and Bradley Dolfi Williams of San Francisco, CA; and a nephew, Jeffrey Jones of Austin, TX.
Mrs. Dolfi shared a farm with her sister in Colorado and was a member of the Colorado Wheat Farmers Association. She was also an avid golfer and long-time member of Chattanooga Golf and Country Club. She was a member of the Ladies’ Golf Association and the 18-hole Group. In 1977 she had the privilege of golfing with Arnold Palmer.
Bette was a long-time member of St. Peter’s Episcopal Church and served for many years on the Vestry.
The family will receive friends from 11 AM to 1 PM on Tuesday, June 14 at St. Peter’s Episcopal Church with a Memorial Service at 1 PM. Committal will follow in the church Memorial Garden.
