Cleo was a graduate of Red Bank High School. She worked for Miller Brothers. Cleo was a member of the Second Presbyterian Church.
Cleo is preceded in death by her husband Ted King, parents Ernest and Myrtle Sigmon; daughter Yvonne King Fraley.
Cleo is survived by her daughter Deanna King; four granddaughters Aimee Hall, Danielle Rowe, Brooke and Shannon Souders; three great-grandsons.
The family will receive friends on Monday, July 1, 2013 from 6- 8 pm and Tuesday, July 2 from 1030 until time of service at Chattanooga Funeral Home-North Chapel.
Graveside service will be 11:30 am Tuesday in Hamilton Memorial gardens with The Reverend Sam Payne officiating
