Debra attended Oak Street Baptist Church.
Her grandparents, Hobart & Ethel Casey and Levoy & Verna Coleman preceded her in death.
She was a wonderful mother, wife, daughter, grandmother, sister and friend and will be sadly missed by those who knew her.
Survivors include her husband, Gary Scoggins; parents, James & JoAnn Coleman of Chattanooga; children, Stephanie (Michelle Hester) Turner and William Turner of Chattanooga; stepson, Zeke Scoggins of Soddy Daisy; stepdaughter, Tina Roberts of Chattanooga; brother, Michael Coleman of Decatur, Tennessee; sisters, Sharon (Ross) Woodard of Soddy Daisy; Susan Ashby of Chattanooga; grandchildren, Payton Jackson & Kurtis Jackson; step granddaughter, Taylor Holmes; and one step great-grandchild, Donoven Evans.
Funeral services will be held Friday at 10:00 a.m. in the North Chapel with Rev. Sean Landes officiating. Burial will follow at Greenwood Cemetery.
The family will receive friends Thursday from 4-8 p.m. at the funeral home.
