Frank was a longtime resident of the Chattanooga area and served our country during World War II in the United States Navy. He was retired engineer from ABB.
Frank is survived by his wife of 48 years, Joyce B. Busby, and his beloved dog, Yogi.
There will be no visitation at the funeral home.
Private Graveside services for Frank will be held on Monday, January 18, at Hamilton Memorial Gardens with Minister Gary Massey officiating.

Arrangements are by the North Chapel of Chattanooga Funeral Home, Crematory and Florist, 5401 Highway 153, Hixson.
