James Albert Palmer, 60, of Chattanooga passed away on April 6, 2011.
He was a U.S. Army Veteran.
James was preceded in death by his parents, Junior Albert Palmer and Mary Kathleen Guinn Palmer and two brothers, Ronald Lee Palmer and Charles M. Willis.
Survivors are a brother, Randolph Palmer, a sister, Charlotte Stafford; three nieces, Lisa Woods, Candice and Brittany Palmer, and one nephew, Allen Woods; friends from Brown Acres Golf Course, Wayne Orr and Don Coleman; George Ankar from Ankar’s Restaurant and other friends in the Brainerd area.
James was a kind and generous person to everyone he met. We loved him and will miss him.
Graveside services will be held 11:30 a.m. Monday, May 23, at Chattanooga National Cemetery with military honors. There will be no visitation.
Arrangements are by Chattanooga Funeral Home Crematory and Florist, North Chapel.
