

Johnny was retired from U.S. Postal Service as a Postmaster in Trenton, Georgia. He was currently working for Walden Security as an officer. Johnny was an avid student of the Bible, history, enjoyed 2nd hand shopping, Church Activities, being with his wife, their five dogs and their families and friends. He loved helping others. Johnny was a member of Central Church of Christ. He was in the U.S. Army which included active duty service during the Vietnam conflict.

Johnny is survived by his wife Debra Pack of Trenton, GA; mother Essie Shelton, Nashville,TN; step- sons Jeff ( Julie) Poston of Rising Fawn, GA, Ken ( Julie) Pack of Covington, GA and Chris Poston of Rising Fawn, GA; grandchildren Brooklyn, Houston, Sydney Mae and Memphis of Rising Fawn, GA and Kristen and Austin of Covington, GA; aunt Evelyn Miller; cousins Norma Stephens, Jean ( Sam) Finney ,Kathy (Gordon) Matthews, Dana ( Eric) Jayne and Troy Miller; several other cousins; several nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews; brother Donald ( Gail) Pack
The family will receive friends on Tuesday, November 19, 2013 from 11 am to 8 pm at Chattanooga Funeral Home-North Chapel and Wednesday, November 20, 2013 at Central Church of Christ from 11 am until Noon.
The funeral service will be conducted at 12 noon on Wednesday, Novemeber 20 ,2013 at Central Church of Christ with Minister David Schonhoff and Jim Lewis officiating
Interment to follow to Chattanooga National Cemetery
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions can be made in Johnny’s name to D.A.R.E or to M.A.D.D
