She was a native of Soddy Daisy, Tennessee and a longtime resident of the Chattanooga area. Peggy was retired from TVA with over 25 years of service. She was a member of Red Bank Baptist Church.
She was preceded in death by her husband, George Brogdon.
Peggy is survived by her son, Fritz (Jennifer) Brogdon; grandchildren, Adam and Gracie Brogdon; siblings, James Moody and Nell Hatfield; niece, Karen Davies and nephew, Jimmy Thurman; sister-in-law, Frances Thurman.
The family will receive friends from 4 to 6 pm on Saturday, November 4, at the North Chapel of Chattanooga Funeral Home.
A Celebration of Peggy’s Life will be held at 2:30 pm on Sunday at Chattanooga Memorial Park with Reverend Bill Harvey officiating.
Arrangements are by the North Chapel of Chattanooga Funeral Home, Crematory and Florist, 5401 Highway 153, Hixson, TN.
