Lesa Ann Barrett

She was a graduate of the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga, and a US Army veteran.

Lesa retired after her career with the State of Tennessee Department of Children’s Services.

She is survived by her husband, Robert W. Lowe II, of Hixson; her son, Jonathan Barrett, of Hixson; her parents, Don and Margie Trowbridge; brother, Mark Trowbridge, all of Chattanooga; step-children, Robert Lowe III, (Amanda Lowe) of Lebanon, TN; Andrew Lowe, Ringgold, GA; Alison (Alex) Leon; Grandchildren, Jacob Leon, Jason Leon, and Alejandro Brackett-Leon, all of Ringgold, GA, Selena Brackett-Leon, Fort Oglethorpe, GA, and Erica Lowe, Murfreesboro, TN; Great-grandchildren, Colton Lowe and Sophia Kapitanek, both of Murfreesboro, TN; and niece, Toby Weeks, of Madison Heights, VA.

A Celebration of Life service will be held at 1:00 PM on Wednesday July 5, 2023, at the North Chapel of Chattanooga Funeral Home. Entombment will be in Hamilton Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends from 11:00 AM until service time at North Chapel.
