

He was born on December 1st, 1931 in Booneville, Arkansas.
Lloyd was the proud owner of Chattanooga Coke and Chemicals in Alton Park. He loved collecting watches, clocks, and coins. He loved golf and Alabama football. His last words were “Roll Tide”.
He was a man of faith and a charitable giver and was a member of Signal Mountain Presbyterian Church. His legacy of kindness, hard work, and love for family and community will live on in all who knew him. He loved people and never met a stranger. Everyone would comment that he always had a smile on his face.
Lloyd graduated in Business from Oklahoma State University. He went on to become a pilot in the United States Air Force as a First Lieutenant. He did his flight training in Bartow, Fl where he met his wife Wanda. After the air force he was the President of Sales for Woodward Iron Company in Bessemer, Alabama. Then in 1972, he and a friend purchased a business: Chattanooga Coke and Chemicals in Alton Park.
Lloyd is survived by his loving wife of 71 years, Wanda Anne Lacy, son, Dale Lacy (Janice) and daughter Lisa Faye Lacy Sisk (Mark); Granddaughters, Lacy Gardner (Brandon) Caelin Cary (Mikie), Emma Lacy, Glenna Lacy, Annie Sisk, Hannah Lacy; great-granddaughters – Kaddell Cary, and Eloise Gardner. He was preceded in death by his parents Jessie Cauthron and Clarence Lacy and brother Robert Lacy-Dayton and sister Marylin Sue Douglass.
A Celebration of Life for Lloyd will be held Tuesday, November 11, 2025 at 2:00 PM at Signal Mountain Presbyterian Church, 612 James Blvd, Signal Mountain, TN 37377, a reception at Dudley Hall will follow the service.
