She is preceded in death by her mother, Rhoda McGrew and son-in-law, Michael E. Merriman.
Survivors include husband of 73 years, Bernard R. Harrow; children, Debra Merriman, Terry (Shirley) Harrow, and Sandra (Doyle) Williams; grandchildren, Audra (Ted) Bullock, Anson Merriman, Philip (Amy) Williams, Jennifer Green, Kristina (Jeremy) Robinson, Kyle (Annie) Harrow, Lauren (Dustin) Slaney, and Joshua (Debbie) Bledsoe; 16 great-grandchildren; and 1 great-great grandchild on the way.

A visitation for Loretta will be Wednesday, July 9, 2025 from 10:00 am to 12:00 pm at Chattanooga Funeral Home, 5401 Highway 153 Hixson, TN 37343. Funeral service will follow starting at 12:00 pm at the funeral home. Then the family will proceed to National Cemetery for the 1:30 pm committal service.
