Margaret Jeanette Wyatt Arp, 88 of Red Bank, passed away peacefully to be united with her Lord and Savior on Monday, December 9, 2013. She was born and raised in Roane County, TN. Jennie was a member of the Red Bank Baptist Church since 1952. Jennie had a special love for gardening and bowling. Her neighbors were so special to her and had friendships as long as 56 years.
Jennie was preceded in death by her husband Charles H. Arp, Jr of 66 years, at the time of his passing, her parents and eight brothers and sisters.
Survivors are her sons, Ronnie (Janie) Arp of Soddy Daisy, Barry (Becky) Arp of Hixson, and Alan (Angela) Arp of Johnson City; five grandchildren, Ronnie Arp, Kaley Mounce, Allison Centamore, Dr. Nathan Arp and Lauren Arp and ten great grandchildren.
The family will receive friends from 10:00 a.m. until 12:00 p.m. Friday, December 13, at the North Chapel Chattanooga Funeral Home.
Funeral service will be held immediately following with Dr. Fred Steelman and Rev. Bill Harvey officiating.
Burial will be at the Hamilton Memorial Gardens.
