Mrs. Margaret "Peggy" Beck

Born on March 31, 1935, in New Castle, PA to Richard and Margaret Bees.

During her lifetime, she cared for many as a Registered Nurse, from Jamestown, NY through Chattanooga, TN.

She was a member of St. John United Methodist Church, the Chancel Choir, United Methodist Women, the Joy Sunday School Class, Close Knit Friends, and the Murray Hills Garden Club.

Peggy was preceded in death by her mother and father; a son, Ronald E. Beck, 5 brothers, William, Thomas, Don, Robert, and Russell Bees.

She is survived by her husband, Dallas J. Beck, Sr., a daughter, Kathleen A. Beck, 2 sons, Dallas J. (Beverly) Beck Jr., Thomas R. (Debora) Beck, 2 sisters, Nancy (James) Leslie, and Carol Vignola, 3 brothers, Chester, James, and David (Barbara) Bees, 8 grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.

A Celebration of Life will be conducted from St. John United Methodist Church on Saturday March 20, 2021 at 2:00 PM EDT, with Pastor Carl Blackburn officiating, and Mr. Rick Williams assisting. Interment will be in Hamilton Memorial Gardens.

The family will receive friends from 1:30 PM until service time, on Saturday at St. John United Methodist Church.

Memorials are suggested to be made to St. John UMC, 3921 Murray Hills Dr., Chattanooga, TN 37416.

We respectfully request that “social distancing”, wearing masks at all times, and all CDC guidelines and measures be adhered to at the church and the cemetery.
