Martha Louise Harvey, 80, of Hixson died Sunday, December 27, 2015. She was born September 29, 1935 in Hamilton County, Tennessee. She was preceded in death by her father, Paul Hartman; mother Addie Miller Hartman Hollis; husband of 54 years, Clyde Harvey; brothers, Richard Hartman, and Bill Hartman, Jr.
Called Louise by the family, she is remembered as a kind soul, with love for others and animals. Each family member will cherish their special memory of time spent with Louise.
Survivors include a son Frank Langford, brothers, Paul Everett Hartman, and Wayne Hartman; and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held 1:00 pm Wednesday, December 30 at the North Chapel of Chattanooga Funeral Home with Reverend Bill Harvey, Jr. officiating. Interment will follow in the Hamilton Memorial Gardens.
The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 12-1 Wednesday.
The family wished to extend a special thank you to the hospice nurses and to Red Bank Life Care.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Amedisys Hospice or the Pet Placement Center on Dayton Blvd. in Louise’s honor and memory.
