Mary Ann Scott Gill

Mary Ann was born in Sale Creek, to the late Raymond and Mattie Fuller Scott. She was a 1959 graduate of Sale Creek High School. Mary Ann was a longtime member and soloist at Sale Creek Church of God. She and her late husband were over the Senior Citizens Group at the church for several years.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Jimmy Gill; siblings, Virginia Jo Hodge and Buddy Scott.

Mary Ann is survived by her two children, Jimmy (Janet) Gill and Michelle (Glenn) Didier; grandchildren, Natalie Gill and Olivia (Gary) Bates, Justin and Amber Didier; great grandchildren, Amie, Kloie and Avery Bates; and several nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.

The family will receive friends from 11 am until 2 pm on Monday, November 17, at Sale Creek Church of God, 14919 Old Dayton Pike, Sale Creek, TN 37373.

A Celebration of life service for Mary Ann will follow at 2 pm on Monday, at the church with Pastor Terry Bolton officiating.

Burial will be in Welsh Rogers Cemetery in Sale Creek.
