Mary Morgan Hale

Mary is preceded in death by her parents Daniel and Rebecca Morgan. She was preceded also by her husband, Melvin J. Hale and brother, Jim Holley. She is survived by daughter, Judith Kazemersky and husband, Dr. Philip Kazemersky, her brother Dan L. Morgan and wife, Nona Morgan, her two granddaughters, Kelly Simon and Dianne Kazemersky, great grandchildren Alex Dashler, Violet Simon and Talon Johnson, nephews Dan and Mark Morgan and Jeff Holley, nieces Becky Carlton and Alison Porter and great nieces Amy Conte and Ashley McLaughton. Mary was a member of Red Bank Baptist Church for over 25 years and was very involved in its ministry. She was a chartered member of the Betsy Ross chapter of Eastern Star and of the Merry Mountaineers, a red hat organization. She was a dedicated employee at Southern Bell and Bell South for 32 years. She held the position of supervisor of the assignment office, a position previously held only by men. Mary was a member of the Pioneer Club, retired employees of Bell South.

Mary had a deep love for her family and her church community and was totally dedicated to them both. She was a person who always thought of others before herself and was a great example to her family and friends. She was be truly missed by all.

Visitation will be held on Sunday, April 3, at Chattanooga Funeral Home, North Chapel from 2:00 until 6:00 pm. Funeral services will be Monday, April 4, 12:00 pm in the chapel of the Chattanooga Funeral Home. Interment will be at 1:30 pm at the National Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. Jude Research Hospital or Red Bank Baptist Church.
