

years. He was a long time resident of Signal Mountain, Tennessee where he was a member of
St. Augustine Catholic Church. He was born in Nashville, Tennessee on May 22, 1931, the son of
Frelen H. and Margaret Frazier.
Bob graduated from Father Ryan High School in Nashville and from St. Ambrose
University in Davenport, Iowa with a B.A. in philosophy. After serving in the army, he attended
Vanderbilt Law School and was a member of Delta Theta Pi legal fraternity. He moved to
Chattanooga in 1959 and joined the law firm of Spears, Moore, Rebman and Williams as an
associate attorney. Later he and Ray Seiner shared a law office in 1967 until 2000.
Bob was an active member of the Lions Club of America, Boy Scouts of America,
Tennessee Bar Association, Manker Patten Tennis Club and the Catholic Men’s Cursillo. He
loved gardening, hiking, tennis and being with his family.
Bob is preceded in his death by his parents; brother, Edward Frazier, sister, Ann Evans.
Survivors include his wife of 59 years, Gail Combs Frazier, his son, Robert A. Frazier, Jr
(Karen); his daughters, Margaret Frazier Henderson and Jane Frazier Sadrabadi (Kayvon) and
nine grandchildren: Ian, Michael, Luke and Robert Frazier; Mamie, Lilly and Porter Henderson;
Josh Sandlin and Minah Sadrabadi. He leaves behind his brother Carey T. Frazier and sister,
Patricia Kuhlman of Nashville, Tennessee and numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be from 9:30 am – 11:30 am on June 21th at St. Augustine Catholic Church,
1716 Anderson Pike, Signal Mountain, TN 37377. A Celebration of Life service will be held on
June 21st at 11:30 am at Interment will follow the service at the St. Augustine Columarium and
all are welcome to a reception at the parish life center following the interment.
